Your pets probably need collars when you take them out for a walk in the woods or are out on a long drive with them. Pets that are very active and prefer moving about a lot are the ones that need collars, generally. Some pets also have a tendency to pull a lot and hence they would need them. You could even have a name tag. This helps locate your pet if it is ever lost and also it won’t be assumed that your pet is homeless. But if pets prefer staying indoors, then you don’t have to burden them with collars always.
